Ordering - go to the Ordering Inquiry Form and indicate the item(s) you are interested in. Submit your information with your initial request and we will begin to communicate via e-mail to determine the details of the Orignal item(s) you want built just for you. Look at our Materials page and put the types of materials you are intereseted in.
Lead Time - patience is essential for handcrafted Originals, waiting time can be three weeks or more.
Pricing - Since items are built to suit. price is based on the type of material, difficulty of the project, and the time it requires for optional items.
Interview/Pricing - We will determine a fair price based on our interview of what you desire.
Payment - non refundable half down before the project starts for materials is a must. The second half is due before shipment/delivery.
Shipment - Shipping is not included in the prices listed. Shipping is provided for a small fee per item in and around the Dayton Ohio area. We will work with various shipping companies for very long distances. We will explore the best price of the many Freight movement possibilities.
